With over 15 years of experience in property management, Dominique began her career in multifamily housing as a Leasing Agent, where she quickly mastered marketing, lease execution, resident engagement, renewals, and move-ins. Her adaptability and strong work ethic allowed her to advance into the role of Assistant Manager, gaining hands-on experience with rent posting, collections, eviction filings, and move-outs.

Dominique later stepped into the role of Property Manager, successfully overseeing communities of 100+ units. In this position, she managed month-end reporting, supervised maintenance and leasing teams, and ensured smooth day-to-day operations. She is highly knowledgeable in multifamily property management, with experience in both conventional and tax credit communities. 

Finally recognizing she had more to offer, Dominique launched her own management company to support property owners and provide quality housing opportunities. Her company focuses on serving income‑restricted individuals and families who are struggling to find affordable housing or access the assistance they need.

Dominique is known for going above and beyond for her residents, ensuring a smooth transition into their new homes and a stable, supportive living experience. Her commitment to compassion, integrity, and hands‑on service sets the foundation for the work she does every day.​​​
